Are you a hands-on problem solver who enjoys keeping things running smoothly? Laquinta Inn and Suites, located in Lewisville, is looking for a skilled Maintenance professional to join our team. If you have at least one year of experience and take pride in creating a safe and comfortable environment, we’d love to hear from you!
What You'll Be DoingAs a Maintenance professional, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our hotel operates at its best. Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks and repairs across the property.
- Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues.
- Conducting regular inspections to identify and address potential problems.
- Assisting with upkeep of hotel facilities, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.
- Collaborating with the team to maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a maintenance or similar role.
- A solid understanding of basic repair techniques and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to tackle a variety of tasks.
