The Payroll Administrator works closely with internal systems, offshore reconciliation partners, HR, Accounting, and Operations to support accurate payroll processing and compliant timekeeping practices. This position is ideal for a Payroll Administrator who thrives in fast-paced, detail-driven environments and enjoys owning timekeeping accuracy from start to finish while partnering cross-functionally. Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Administrator Review, validate, and correct employee time entries using system data and GPS tracking to ensure accuracy prior to payroll processing as the Payroll Administrator Investigate timekeeping discrepancies, GPS gaps, and job-location misalignments, coordinating resolution with supervisors as the Payroll Administrator Reconcile employee hours and labor data between timekeeping, payroll, and ERP systems as the Payroll Administrator Support payroll processing activities, including wages, overtime, PTO, deductions, and adjustments, while maintaining compliance as the Payroll Administrator Maintain accurate, confidential payroll and timekeeping records and support process improvements as the Payroll Administrator Qualifications for the Payroll Administrator 1+ years of experience in timekeeping, payroll, or a related field Experience with ADP payroll systems; Sampro experience preferred Strong attention to detail, Excel proficiency, and ability to manage deadlines while maintaining confidentiality #J-18808-Ljbffr
