Join Us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist!

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment of corporate, administrative, and professional-level positions across the organization. This role will primarily support hiring for administrative and business operations functions, while also recruiting for specialized clinical roles such as Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs).

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven recruiter who can effectively source, attract, and hire high-quality talent while partnering closely with hiring managers to deliver an exceptional candidate experience and achieve organizational hiring goals.

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a trusted talent acquisition partner to hiring managers and department leaders, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as an engaged and collaborative member of the Talent Acquisition team by sharing best practices, contributing innovative ideas, and recommending solutions that improve hiring outcomes, team performance, and the overall recruitment experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop accurate job descriptions, define hiring criteria, and identify the technical and behavioral competencies required for success.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, interview coordination, offer preparation, negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Recruit for a variety of corporate, administrative, professional, and specialized clinical positions, with a primary focus on corporate and administrative roles and additional support for Occupational Therapists (OTs), Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs), Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) and other assigned positions.
• Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, relationship-building, and market engagement.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, referrals, and direct outreach to identify and attract top talent.
• Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and provide recommendations to support effective hiring decisions.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a positive and efficient hiring experience.
• Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other reporting tools.
• Provide regular updates on recruiting activity, hiring progress, and key metrics through reports, meetings, and workforce planning discussions.
• Meet or exceed established recruiting performance metrics and service-level expectations.
• Participate in talent acquisition initiatives, process improvement efforts, and special projects as assigned.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in arts/sciences preferred, relevant experience with H.S. Diploma or equivalent accepted in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
• Demonstrated experience using Applicant Tracking Systems, internet search tools and social networking to find and attract top talent.

Work Location & Hours: This position will be based in New Jersey and require travel 2x per month to our local early intervention centers, conferences, career fairs, and relevant industry events.

Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $60,000-$70,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible.

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
