Job Summary Seeking a motivated and professional Commercial Lines Producer to join a growing team. Compensation Package
- Base Salary : $60,000 for the first six months, transitioning to commission-only thereafter.
- Competitive benefits package, 401(k), paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.
- Manage and grow a portfolio of small to mid-sized commercial accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and deliver outstanding service.
- Utilize Epic software to manage client accounts and documentation.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulations to provide clients with the best possible solutions.
- Licenses/Designations : Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience : Previous experience in commercial insurance is essential.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
