Perform panel and structural work, bringing bent, twisted or torn parts back to factory specs. Ensure quality reassembly—fit and finish matter. Work as a team—trust and teamwork move cars through. Keep the work location safe and tidy. Qualifications At least two years of experience turning wrecks into road‑ready rides. Frame and structural know‑how—able to pull, straighten, and square up. No shortcuts mentality—blueprint it, fix it right the first time. Sharp eye for detail—committed to tightened bolts, perfected welds, and no excuses. Physically fit—can lift up to 50lbs.
