Position Quality Control Associate Shift Monday - Friday | 4:00 PM - 12:30 AM Pay Competitive pay based on experience Pay Details $20.00 to $21.00 per hour Job Duties Inspect incoming, outgoing, and stored products to ensure quality standards are met Verify inventory accuracy and product specifications Conduct audits of inventory, shipments, and warehouse processes Identify, document, and report quality concerns or discrepancies Investigate inventory variances and assist with corrective actions Complete quality documentation and reports accurately Work closely with warehouse, shipping, and receiving teams to resolve issues Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and quality information Follow all company safety and quality procedures Qualifications Previous quality control, inventory control, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred Strong attention to detail and accuracy Basic computer skills and experience working with warehouse systems Ability to identify discrepancies and solve problems effectively Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Ability to bend, reach, and perform warehouse-related activities Comfortable working in a fast-paced distribution environment Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
