You will not have an assigned workstation and will work with your manager to determine office visit needs. You must live within commuting distance, typically 75 miles/120km. Third-party or C2C candidates will not be considered Job Description: Responsibilities Lead technical projects across cross-functional teams, including software, hardware and firmware, ensuring alignment with sustaining efforts and delivery schedules. Provide program-level support to leadership across operational initiatives such as monthly updates, planning and forecasting, and ad hoc short-term critical project management. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize and manage tasks and deliverables. Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, risk assessments, change control processes, and deliverables. Ensure project strategy and execution comply with client procedures, regulatory standards, and industry requirements. Act as liaison between key program stakeholders and internal/external partners. Define software roadmaps in collaboration with Marketing, Commercial, UX and development teams. Drive process improvements and operational efficiency through cross-functional engagement. Deliver programs within the constraints of scope, quality, time and budget and under circumstances involving multiple moderate-probability, moderate-impact risk factors. Program-level strategic planning, interaction with executive level management, complex issue resolution, excellent communications and team building skills. Manage a group or groups of internal exempt and matrixed employees and contractors that serve on the project(s) to deliver systems and systems enhancements that meet specified requirements. Oversight of project scope definition and management, requirements gathering and documentation, time estimating, project schedule development and tracking, project budget management, project status reporting, issue and risk management, contingency planning, customer interaction, and communications across multiple organizational levels. What Makes You Successful Proven ability to manage multiple programs across diverse technologies and development stages. Strong prioritization, scheduling and organizational skills. Excellent communication skills able to convey technical and business concepts clearly to senior leadership. Proficiency with Smartsheet, Jira, Scrum, and Agile development methodologies. Strong leadership and team-building skills that foster collaboration and accountability. Self-starter mentality with a bias for action and the ability to deliver results independently. Med tech experience Experience and Education Requirements: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience Master's degree and 2-5 years equivalent industry experience or a PhD and 0-2 years experience. Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required. MBA or other related advanced degree preferred.
