Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Oncology Nurse (MS ONC) located in Arlington, TX. This position involves providing care on the medical surgical oncology floor, including chemo administration, neutropenia precautions, post-operative care, and hospice support. The assignment is scheduled for night shifts, with a focus on delivering compassionate and patient-centered care in a busy hospital unit.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license. Candidates without an active license will not be considered.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with chemotherapy administration, med surg or oncology certification, Meditech electronic medical record experience.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The unit has 31 beds and includes standard med surg and oncology procedures, including traction, CBI, neutropenia precautions, and post-op care. Dress code is scrubs in royal blue, with policies for personal appearance and body art compliance.
