Responsibilities Review, post, and process all vehicle sales and lease contracts. Prepare invoices, manage vehicle titles, and process billing transactions. Verify the accuracy of sales and financing agreements and ensure all required documentation is complete and accurate. Handle customer inquiries. Ensure all documentation complies with dealership and manufacturer policies, financial institution requirements, and legal standards. Support the finance and accounting teams by maintaining accuracy, compliance, and efficiency throughout the contract funding process. Maintain records of all contracts and related documents. Requirements 1-3 years of experience in an automotive dealership accounting office or F&I department. Good accounting, computer, and communication skills.
