Job DescriptionJob Title: Senior Corporate Planning AnalystCompany: AISIN World Corp. of AmericaDepartment: Administration, Corporate PlanningLocation: Northville, MIPosition ResponsibilitiesThe incumbent is expected to perform the following functions that the company has determined are essential to this position:Strategic Planning: Lead the development of annual business plans and long-term strategic roadmaps aligned with executive goals.Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze financial or operational variances, and report business performance to senior leadership.Market & Financial Analysis: Conduct industry research, competitor benchmarking, and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities or potential risks.Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure to align departmental objectives with overall corporate strategy.
