As a Sales Associate , you represent Von Maur and impact our reputation as America’s Leading Department Store. You have the opportunity to make a lasting impression on the customer’s shopping experience.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
- Develop relationships to grow your business
- Highlight product knowledge and store services to create the best customer experience
- Ring POS transactions and key account information
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean department
- Achieve individual sales and account goals
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
