Maintenance Manager

Maintenance ManagerWe're seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for our 24/7 blown film manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while developing a skilled maintenance team and driving continuous improvement.You'll lead a team of six maintenance technicians supporting four rotating production crews and partner closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership to maximize uptime and plant performance.This is a highly visible leadership role that requires active involvement on the manufacturing floor.
