Service Client Care Representative

Job Title: Service Client Care Representative Toyota of Riverside Position Overview: Toyota of Riverside is seeking a friendly, professional, and customer-focused Service Client Care Representative to join our team. This role is essential in creating a positive first impression for our customers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Assist with incoming service phone calls. Set up, schedule and monitor service department appointments. Follow up and reschedule missed or late service department appointments. Make follow up phone calls to previous day service customers to ensure complete satisfaction. Bring all customer concerns and complaints to the attention of the Service Manager. Make follow up phone calls to current open recall customers. Respond to all service internet leads and set up service department appointment accordingly. Follow policies and procedures as set forth in Employee Handbook. Any other duties as assigned.
