Position Overview

Asegure Su Legado is seeking a motivated and personable Bilingual Sales Agent to meet face-to-face with clients, conduct initial needs analyses, present insurance / investment solutions, and connect clients with the appropriate financial professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet face-to-face with prospective and existing clients.
• Conduct initial client interviews and needs analyses.
• Gather financial, personal, and insurance-related information.
• Educate clients about available insurance products and services.
• Recommend and sell appropriate insurance solutions.
• Complete client onboarding and maintain accurate records.
• Make and receive inbound and outbound calls.
• Follow up with prospective clients and existing leads.
• Schedule appointments for financial advisors and other professionals.
• Delegate qualified leads to the appropriate financial professional.
• Maintain consistent communication throughout the onboarding process.
• Build lasting client relationships through professional and responsive service.
• Meet individual sales, appointment-setting, and follow-up goals.
• Protect confidential client and financial information.
• Follow all company procedures and applicable compliance requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

• Fluent in both English and Spanish .
• At least one year of sales or face-to-face customer service experience .
• Strong communication, listening, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable speaking with clients in person and over the phone.
• Professional, confident, dependable, and goal-oriented.
• Able to explain information clearly and professionally.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable working in a performance-based sales environment.
• Basic computer, data-entry, and appointment-scheduling skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in insurance, financial services, banking, real estate, retail sales, or consultative sales.
• California Life Insurance License or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience with customer relationship management systems or lead-tracking software.
• Experience making outbound calls and scheduling appointments.
