Pay: $25.00/hour + Commission
Job Type: Full-Time

We are a growing staffing company looking for an experienced, motivated, and outgoing Bilingual Sales Representative to help expand our client base throughout the Inland Empire.

This is a field sales position for someone who is comfortable visiting businesses in person, speaking with decision-makers, gathering company information, setting appointments, following up with prospects, and ultimately closing new staffing accounts .

Responsibilities

• Visit warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and other businesses throughout the Inland Empire
• Identify companies currently using or needing temporary staffing services
• Speak with managers, HR representatives, operations managers, and other decision-makers
• Gather contact information and details about current or upcoming staffing needs
• Make cold calls and follow up with potential clients
• Set appointments and meetings with prospective customers
• Present our staffing services, pricing, and capabilities
• Build relationships with prospective and existing clients
• Negotiate and close new staffing accounts
• Maintain consistent follow-up with leads until an account is closed
• Work closely with our recruiting and operations team to ensure new clients receive excellent service
• Track leads, appointments, follow-ups, and sales activity

Requirements

• Bilingual English & Spanish required
• Strong communication and people skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and door-to-door B2B sales
• Confident speaking with business owners, HR teams, and management
• Strong follow-up and closing skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Staffing, recruiting, warehouse, logistics, or B2B sales experience is strongly preferred

Compensation

$25.00 per hour + Commission

This position offers the opportunity to earn additional income by bringing in and closing new staffing accounts. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the company and build a strong book of business throughout the Inland Empire.
