What are we looking for?
We are looking for a fleet mechanic to join a close-knit team who wants to be an active member of a growing rental business.
Daily Responsibilities include:
Troubleshooting, diagnosing, inspecting, and repairing a variety of portable air compressors. (Willing to provide training/assistance)
Transporting equipment to and from rental job sites.
Job site visits and repairs as needed to service our customers.
Completing repair orders, records and logs as needed.
Performing preventative maintenance and oil changes as directed by manufacturer recommendations.
Communicate with customers while troubleshooting issues and problems on privately-owned and company-owned equipment.
What we require:
Detail oriented person who can work accurately.
Ability to set priorities in an occasionally high-pressure environment.
Strong Work Ethic and ability to collaborate with others to achieve goals.
Occasional availability for after hours service calls as needed.
Tools applicable to the position and necessary to complete the job.
Familiarity with Microsoft word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to maintain safe operations by following safety policies and procedures.
Willingness to step outside of traditional roles to aid the forward movement of the branch.
Strong verbal and written skills.
Transportation to and from work daily.
