Associate Enterprise Project Manager

As an Associate Enterprise Project Manager at BECU, you will help turn strategic ideas into successful business outcomes by leading projects and initiatives that improve experiences for members and employees. Responsibilities Lead Project Execution: Manage projects, features, and business initiatives from planning through implementation and closure, ensuring successful delivery of objectives and outcomes. Drive Collaborative Planning: Partner with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements using an iterative and collaborative approach. Create Project Roadmaps: Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, resource plans, and key deliverables to keep teams aligned and on track. Facilitate Cross-Functional Success: Coordinate activities across teams, manage dependencies, and foster collaboration to achieve project goals. Manage Risks and Issues: Identify potential obstacles, proactively address challenges, and help remove barriers that impact project success. Support Governance and Communication: Participate in project governance activities and provide clear, consistent communication to stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain Project Documentation: Ensure project artifacts, documentation, and deliverables meet organizational standards and audit requirements. Assist with Financial Oversight: Support project budgeting, forecasting, invoice reviews, and reconciliation of project expenditures. Coordinate Vendor and Partner Activities: Organize and manage the work of external partners and vendors supporting project initiatives. Support Release and Go‑Live Activities: Create implementation plans and coordinate project launch activities to ensure smooth transitions and successful outcomes. Continuously Improve Delivery Practices: Identify opportunities to enhance project execution, team effectiveness, and delivery processes. Grow Through Mentorship: Seek coaching and development opportunities while expanding your project leadership capabilities. Perform other duties as assigned to support evolving business needs. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 2 years of experience leading or supporting business and/or technology projects, with demonstrated ability to plan, organize, coordinate, and execute multiple initiatives simultaneously while applying strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills in a fast‑paced environment. Desired Qualifications Professional project management certification such as PMP, CAPM, or equivalent preferred. Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) preferred. Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery environments. Experience supporting cross‑functional teams and stakeholders across complex organizations. Full Pay Range: $82,900.00–$154,000.00 annually. Applicants must be residents of WA, CA, VA, NC, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, or SC. Those located in Washington state and within a reasonable driving distance from Tukwila are requested to come into the HQ on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
