Ownership is currently seeking the ideal candidate for our Assistant General Manager position with growth opportunity to GM. We are looking for a true leader for our nighttime operations, you will be working directly with the Owner in the operation of our 13000+ sq ft sports bar, function spaces and restaurant operation. The AGM has the overall responsibility for directing service operations ensuring compliance with the company standards in all areas of operation, including product preparation and delivery, customer relations, inventory management, team management, recruiting and retention of team members, conflict management, financial accountability, ensuring that the highest quality of service and products are delivered to each guest.

It is important that our Assistant General Manager candidates have a minimum of 3 years high volume bar/restaurant and event experience. Must be a natural passion for hospitality, multi-tasker and have strong knowledge of social media marketing.

Additional responsibilities:

• Controls day-to-day operations by scheduling labor, ordering beverage and supplies, and motivating a high performing team
• Managing Events & Live Entertainment
• Ensures federal and local health and safety codes, and company safety and security policies are met
• Controls profit & loss by following cash handling policies, maintaining inventory, managing and taking appropriate actions to do so
• Recruits, interviews, and hires team members, conducts performance appraisals, takes discipline action, motivates and trains
• Ensures maintenance of equipment, facility, and grounds
• Ensures food quality and 100% guest satisfaction
• Utilize all Social Media channels to actively promote in a timely manner all Live Entertainment, Calendar events and Promotions; as well as Food & Beverage marketing
• Assist with expediting all Food and Beverage to guests
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with our regular customer base and entertainment as well as new patrons
• Experience
• High Volume Bar Experience
• 5 years of Restaurant Management
• Event Planning
• Function/Catering knowledge (Preferred)
• Excel Proficient
• Drivers License
• Food Manager Cert
• TIPS
