Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Redondo Beach, CA
Employment Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Schedule: On-site, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: Up to $115,000

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our team near Redondo Beach. This role plays a key part in supporting strategic financial planning, analysis, and decision-making for our supply chain and operations teams. The ideal candidate has strong financial acumen, a deep understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, forecasts, and budgets to support business decisions.
• Develop and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate operational performance and support strategic initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and supply chain, to provide actionable insights on cost structures, performance metrics, and profitability.
• Monitor and analyze 3PL and warehouse operational costs, identifying opportunities for efficiency and cost savings.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide recommendations to management for optimizing financial and operational performance.
• Support month-end close, ad hoc reporting, and financial presentations to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP standards, and company policies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA preferred.
• 5–8+ years of progressive financial analysis experience, ideally in food, wholesale, distribution, or supply chain-driven industries.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, logistics, and 3PL cost structures.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modeling capabilities; experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at all levels.
