Senior Fund Accountant - Private Equity

Senior Fund Accountant – Private Equity at Oliver James A boutique Private Equity firm is looking for a Fund Accountant to join an expanding team handling internal fund accounting. The role is based on a hybrid schedule in downtown Chicago, offering competitive compensation, comprehensive health benefits, PTO, and retirement benefits. Responsibilities Preparation of financial statements processing investments and monthly bank reconciliations Preparing and supporting the quarterly close process Assisting with internal financial audits Calculating capital calls and distributions Interacting with investment teams and preparing investor correspondence when needed Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA is a plus Experience with Private Equity, Private Credit, Venture Capital, or Hedge Funds is necessary At least 2–6 years of experience in the financial services industry, fund administration, or public accounting firm Proficiency in Microsoft Office For more information, please apply or reach out to View email address on click.appcast.io directly.
