About the Role: We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide individualized, in‑home therapy for pediatric patients. You’ll assess, plan, and implement personalized treatment strategies that help children meet mobility and developmental goals in a home health setting. Experience in pediatric home health or related field preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families. Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation. Ability to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse patient needs. Flexibility and adaptability to work with children who have varying diagnoses and challenges.
