About the Opportunity: Onin Staffing currently recruiting for a well-established manufacturing client specializing in ice cream cones and waffles. Machine Operators play a key role in ensuring high-quality products are manufactured efficiently and safely. This position involves working on the production line, monitoring equipment, maintaining cleanliness, and following quality standards. Operate and monitor production equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
• Assist with general production tasks as needed

Skills and Experience

• Proven job tenure and a strong work history
• Basic understanding of machine operation preferred
• Ability to work quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills for data entry
• Dependable with good communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand and move throughout the entire shift
• Comfortable working around machinery and in a production environment
• Manufacturing/production setting
• Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise levels
• Required use of safety equipment
• Excellent attendance and punctuality
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Willingness to learn and take on new tasks
