Job Title Logistics Specialist Location Charleston, SC Salary / Compensation $21–$24 per hour, based on experience Shift Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends. Must stand for 8‑hour shifts daily. Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package, including 12 company‑paid holidays, paid time off (PTO), and a generous 401(k) employer contribution Tuition reimbursement program for continued growth and development Safe, clean, and organized work environment with industry‑leading safety standards Opportunity to join a reputable leader in the manufacturing sector Responsibilities Perform both clerical and physical warehousing tasks, including small package, import/export, receiving, and shipping duties Ensure inventory accuracy and order integrity for products prepared for shipment Label, document, and verify all outgoing shipments Keep all logistics areas clean and organized to maintain a pristine facility Transfer materials to and from production using a forklift Support the logistics team to meet targeted goals, including equipment efficiency, safety measures, and training of team members Process orders efficiently in a paint production environment Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude and perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications High School Diploma or GED (required) 2+ years of experience in a logistics setting and operating various forklifts (required) Prior experience with hazardous materials and SAP (preferred, but not required) Ability to safely handle hazardous waste and comply with all safety equipment and protective clothing requirements Capability to read and understand written instructions, safety data sheets, production documents, and safety manuals Strong organizational skills and self‑motivation to manage daily responsibilities with minimal supervision Physical capability of repeated manual labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for 8‑hour shifts, and frequent bending, reaching, and kneeling Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude, working well independently and with a team Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed, including to locations that may require proof of vaccination Ability to pass annual respirator fit testing and wear all required PPE Equal Employment Opportunity Statement Kelly is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to all qualified employees and applicants regardless of race, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, religion, national origin, disability, veteran status, age, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, or any other legally protected status, and we take affirmative action to recruit, employ, and advance qualified individuals with disabilities and protected veterans in the workforce.
