Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Planner to join our team at Bosch. This role ensures the seamless supply of finished goods to customers in North America and serves as the link between customer demand, our sales teams, and our plants to optimize delivery performance, quality, and cost. Responsibilities Customer & Supply Chain Coordination: ensure optimal material flow and service levels for the customer; coordinate information exchange between the customer, Sales, and supplying plants; lead and support customer-facing and internal Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) projects. Planning & Inventory Management: create delivery plans/schedules; support the production scheduling ("make process"); manage customer forecasts and order confirmations in the system; optimize stock keeping and planning parameters. Problem Resolution & Change Management: manage bottlenecks and customer shortages; minimize obsolescence and coordinate product changes with customers and plants; identify, communicate, and escalate open topics, deviations, and corrective actions. Data Maintenance & Reporting: maintain all customer-specific information (e.g., PFEP, guidelines); analyze and track key planning parameters; manage customer-specific requirements and customer portals; act as the MRP controller for assigned part numbers and customers. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field required. Experience: Minimum 3 years in logistics planning, supply chain management, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or manufacturing sector. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis); strong knowledge of SAP (logistics, inventory management, and production planning modules). Soft Skills: Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities; strong analytical mindset with attention to detail; drive for continuous improvement in quality, delivery, and cost; ability to foster strong customer and internal relationships.
