This inviting opportunity spans August to June, offers a full-time Monday through Friday commitment (32-37.5 hours per week), and involves work across two welcoming school environments with elementary students in 2nd and 5th grades.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Special Education Teacher certification (or eligibility) for New Hampshire
• Experience or training working with elementary grade students, ideally in a resource or case management role
• Strong understanding of differentiated instruction, IEP implementation, and progress monitoring
• Ability to collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Adaptable and positive approach to working across multiple school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized and small group instruction for students with diverse learning needs in 2nd and 5th grades
• Case manage approximately 15 students, ensuring timely IEP meetings, compliance, and thorough documentation
• Coordinate with classroom teachers to support inclusion and differentiation
• Engage in regular communication with families and guardians regarding student progress and goals
• Maintain accurate records and provide ongoing data to support student growth
• Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
