Seasoning Batch Processing Associate
Join Express Employment Professionals to help produce high‑quality spice blends in Derby, KS. If you’re reliable, hands‑on, and enjoy staying active, this first‑shift role is a great way to build manufacturing experience while keeping your evenings free.
A day in the life- Review blend sheets and measure ingredients precisely.
- Stage, load, and mix dry spices to specification.
- Operate and monitor industrial blenders and related equipment.
- Move and lift ingredient bags and finished product safely.
- Follow quality checks, safety procedures, and sanitation guidelines.
- Keep the production area clean, organized, and ready for the next run.
- Pay: Starting at $15.00/hour
- Shift: First shift; weekend opportunity with weekday or weekend availability
- Location: Derby, KS
- Dependable contributors with strong work ethic and great attendance.
- Team players who take direction well and prioritize safety.

- Regular lifting and carrying of heavy bags and materials.
- Standing, walking, bending, and twisting for the duration of the shift.
- Repetitive tasks in a fast‑paced, warm manufacturing setting.
- Exposure to spice dust and strong aromas; constant movement throughout the day.
- Forklift experience (plus)
- Valid driver’s license (plus)
- Warehouse experience
