Project Manager for D365 Finance and Operations
The Project Manager for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO) is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation, customization, and delivery of D365 FO projects. This role involves managing cross functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coordinate cross functional teams, including developers, consultants, and business analysts. Foster collaboration and ensure clear communication among team members.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring their requirements are met. Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership.
- Risk Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Resolve project related issues promptly to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
- Budget Management: Manage project budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track expenses and ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with business objectives.
