You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans that promote healing and long-term success. Key Responsibilities Provide Individual & Group Therapy - Deliver high-quality counseling tailored to client needs. Develop & Implement Treatment Plans - Create personalized recovery plans that drive meaningful change. Maintain Clinical Documentation - Ensure accurate records to support treatment effectiveness. Collaborate with a Multidisciplinary Team - Work alongside clinicians, medical staff, and leadership. Support Crisis Intervention - Help clients navigate challenges with compassionate care. Stay Current with Best Practices - Continuously improve skills through training and supervision.
