About the job Trip Coordination Specialist

Position Overview

We are currently expanding our coordination team and inviting applications for a Trip Coordination Specialist role. In this position, you'll assist clients as they organize upcoming travel plans by helping track itinerary components, organizing key reservation details, and ensuring communication remains clear throughout each stage of the preparation process.

This opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with people, keeping information organized, and contributing to smooth travel preparation experiences while working within a flexible remote environment. Training resources and mentorship support are provided for selected candidates.

Responsibilities

Connect with clients to gather travel preferences, timelines, and planning priorities
Help organize itinerary elements such as accommodations, transportation, and activities
Share progress updates related to confirmations and scheduling steps
Assist with reviewing available travel selections using approved partner platforms
Respond to client questions through phone, email, and secure messaging systems
Maintain accurate documentation related to coordination activity
Stay informed on supplier announcements, destination updates, and promotional opportunities

Preferred Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be authorized to work within the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Australia, Spain, or other quilfying regions
English language communication required
