Accounting Manager

Madison Street Search has partnered with a large, publicly traded organization to identify an Accounting Manager to join its Controllership team. This role sits within the corporate controllership function and is responsible for corporate accounting activities, technical accounting guidance, and financial reporting, with primary ownership of pension accounting and related reporting. The position also serves as a people leadership role, focused on mentoring and developing a team. The office is located in downtown Chicago, and the team operates on a flexible hybrid schedule, including a fully remote week during each month-end close.
