Home Care Assistance is looking for caring, dependable people who want to make a difference in the lives of seniors while building a career in home care. Our Caregiver Training Program gives you the opportunity to learn hands-on skills, work alongside experienced caregivers, and receive paid training before beginning your career with our team. November 09–13, 2026

Albuquerque, NM Space is limited, and applicants must complete an interview and hiring process before being accepted into the training program.

PAY & BONUSES

Starting pay: $15–$16/hour Additional opportunities may include: Weekend pay differential $175 Perfect Attendance bonus opportunities Overtime opportunities Pay increases based on experience and qualifications

WHAT DOES A CAREGIVER DO?

Our caregivers provide non-medical support that helps seniors remain safe and independent in their own homes. Depending on the client's needs, caregivers may assist with: Bathing, grooming and dressing Toileting and personal care Mobility and transfers Meal preparation Companionship Light housekeeping Errands and transportation

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You don't need years of experience to get started. We are looking for people who are: 18 years of age or older Dependable and compassionate Able to communicate professionally Authorized to work in the United States Able to complete required background and screening processes Able to safely assist clients with mobility after receiving proper training You do not necessarily need your own vehicle. However, you must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a client's vehicle when needed.
