Job Details

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Trust & Estate litigation
• Strong analytical, negotiation, consulting, and communication skills
• Excellent reputation for integrity and collegiality among both bench and bar
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Active membership in the State Bar of California
