E-Commerce & Wholesale Operations Manager

C&C Jewelry is seeking an experienced E-Commerce & Wholesale Operations Manager to oversee and execute day-to-day operations for our multi-channel digital commerce business. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of retail and marketplace channels across both direct-to-consumer and wholesale dropship operations, including Shopify storefronts and partnerships with major department store, specialty, and big box retailers. The ideal candidate will bring strong operational expertise across the full e-commerce lifecycle (product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, retailer compliance, and performance reporting) and will be comfortable managing complexity across multiple platforms and teams simultaneously. Responsibilities Own and manage multiple Shopify storefronts across our DTC brands Coordinate product launches, merchandising updates, and inventory uploads Maintain accurate product listings, pricing, and availability across DTC channels Monitor site performance, sales metrics, and conversion data Manage retail dropship integrations across major department stores, specialty retailers, and big box partners Maintain product feeds, inventory updates, and lead time compliance across all retail partners Coordinate ASN transmissions, shipping confirmations, and retailer compliance requirements Troubleshoot order flow issues, feed errors, and fulfillment exceptions with internal teams and retail partners Manage EDI order flow via Rithum (CommerceHub), DSCO, Logicbroker, and direct vendor portals Manage product catalog, inventory, and order flow across marketplace channels, including Amazon and Walmart Marketplace Ensure accurate listings, availability, and catalog maintenance Monitor marketplace performance and flag issues proactively Own monthly inventory replenishment reporting across the e-commerce business Manage retailer-specific bin replenishment across key wholesale accounts Build and maintain Excel-based reporting for inventory, sales, and channel performance Conduct regular D2C inventory review across Amazon and Shopify Track new production and coordinate with internal teams on item setup and loading Manage daily order prioritization across all channels to ensure same-day fulfillment compliance Coordinate with shipping, warehouse, and rep teams to ensure on-time fulfillment Lead resolution of retailer and department issues as they arise Identify process improvements across order flow, reporting, fulfillment, and partner communication to reduce manual work and prevent recurring issues Lead, manage, and delegate responsibilities across the e-commerce operations team Send seasonal closure dates and cut-off schedules to retail partners Qualifications 5+ years of hands-on e-commerce or digital commerce operations experience Advanced Excel proficiency including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, and building operational reports from scratch that combine data from multiple platform exports Strong experience managing Shopify or comparable DTC platforms Experience managing wholesale dropship programs and retail integrations at scale, including multiple simultaneous retail partner relationships Familiarity with EDI order management and platforms such as Rithum (CommerceHub), DSCO, or Logicbroker Experience with ERP systems (Navision or similar) Marketplace experience with Amazon Seller Central and/or Walmart Marketplace Background in jewelry, fashion, or consumer goods Strong analytical and operational problem‑solving skills Exceptionally organized with high attention to detail across multiple simultaneous workstreams Proven ability to lead and manage a team Familiarity with carrier portals (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and third‑party shipping accounts Experience with inventory forecasting and demand planning across large SKU catalogs Experience managing returns/RMA workflows in a dropship environment Performance Expectations Retailer orders consistently ship on time and meet partner SLA requirements Inventory accuracy is maintained across channels, with replenishment managed proactively Retailer portals, product feeds, and lead times are monitored to prevent compliance issues Reporting is accurate, consistent, and used to support inventory and channel decisions The e-commerce operations team runs efficiently with clear priorities and minimal escalations This role operates at the center of the business and requires strong cross‑functional partnership across internal teams and external partners, including clear communication, follow‑through, and the ability to manage competing priorities across stakeholders.
