Department Name Food & Beverage Summary Provide excellent and correct drink service in a timely manner and assure a memorable and safe gaming experience. Essential Functions Prepare drinks correctly for guests at assigned bar and for cocktail staff. Use of all bar equipment, cash register, Micros and Easy Bar System. Ring up sales and giving correct change. Maintain overall cleanliness and visual presentation of bar areas, storage areas, and equipment. Assist other departments in maintaining overall cleanliness of all casino areas. Assist with the inventory, stocking, and timely rotation of products. Assures an environment which emphasizes cooperation, communication, and teamwork with all departments. Support compliance with all internal procedures and regulatory requirements, including those associated with underage and intoxicated guests. Supports current law and policy to provide a work environment free from illegal and discriminatory behavior. Complete job duties with minimal supervision, maintain acceptable attendance, and use appropriate judgment. Job duties, tasks, work hours, work requirements, and other duties as assigned may be added or changed at any time.
