Primary Functions & Responsibilities

• Assist the IT team with supporting end users across multiple locations
• Help troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and peripheral issues
• Assist with workstation setup, deployment, and configuration
• Support user account administration and access requests
• Participate in technology projects and system rollouts
• Help document processes, procedures, and technical solutions
• Learn how IT teams support critical business and healthcare operations
• Work alongside experienced IT professionals to develop troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed coursework, training, certifications, or education related to Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related field
• Familiarity with Windows computers and common business applications
• Experience troubleshooting personal computers, technology issues, or customer service-related situations

No prior professional IT experience required. We are less concerned with prior IT experience and more interested in finding someone who is curious, motivated, dependable, and excited to learn. Compensation Range for this position: $16.92 - $25.38

Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
