Overview Registered Nurse – Postpartum, LDRP, is open for a 13-week travel assignment in Milan, New Mexico, United States. Start date is 06/08/2026 with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shift is 3x12 rotating (12-hour shifts). Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,247–$2,357 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 3x12 rotating shifts Start date: 06/08/2026 Department: Labor, Delivery, Recovery, Postpartum (LDRP) Responsibilities Conduct thorough assessments of postpartum patients and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Deliver direct patient care across the postpartum spectrum and provide clear, culturally sensitive education to patients and families Coordinate education on transitions of care and support health literacy for successful postpartum recovery Direct and supervise licensed practical nurses, nursing assistants, and other ancillary personnel as part of the care team Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record; collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the broader care team Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives; float to other departments as needed with appropriate orientation and training Requirements Current New Mexico RN license or active Multi-State Compact (eNLC) license BLS/CPR certification from the American Heart Association (or equivalent) Education: ADN required; BSN preferred Department-specific: BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Intermediate Fetal Monitoring required OPS Emergency Workshop and STABLE certification required within 12 months SAFER NM Technician certification preferred Education and clinical experience that provide the knowledge, skills, and abilities needed for the assigned department Demonstrated ability to deliver compassionate, culturally competent care to patients and families; strong teamwork and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Assignment-specific credentialing and onboarding assistance Dedicated support throughout the assignment Access to travel resources and ongoing professional support #J-18808-Ljbffr
