Change Lives.Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a dedicated and passionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve students within a Houston-area school district for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, school-based role offers a structured Monday–Friday schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful, lasting impact on students' behavioral, social, and academic outcomes in one of the most diverse and vibrant cities in the country.Position OverviewAs a school-based BCBA, you will serve as the behavioral expert on a multidisciplinary team, guiding evidence-based interventions across classrooms and support settings.
