Position: Forklift Operator (B)
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Shift: Tuesday–Friday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM (with some days until 4:30 AM); B Crew
Location: Sellersburg, IN 47172
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Forklift Operator to start IMMEDIATELY at $17/hour. This temporary position offers a pathway to full-time employment with comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities:
- Transport materials within the facility utilizing forklifts, tugger, and cherry picker
- Load and unload warehouse items; support shipping and receiving
- Secure loads for safe and efficient transportation
- Inspect equipment for damages; schedule maintenance/repairs as needed
- Assist with inventory management using RF scanning equipment
- Pick, wrap, and prepare orders for shipment
- Follow production schedules and safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Comply with mandatory overtime requirements
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong written and math skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Valid forklift experience required; forklift certification preferred
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Ability to handle confidential information
Skills:
- Forklift operation & certification
- RF scanning & inventory management
- Cherry picker operation
- Load securing & equipment inspection
- Supporting shipping, receiving, and order picking
- Adherence to safety procedures
- Maintenance scheduling & equipment upkeep
- Working with production schedules
