The Opportunity We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager, Brand & Content to help grow the Focus V brand. This is a working role - not one where you'll simply manage projects from the sidelines. You'll work closely with product development, sales, and leadership to launch products, create content, support retail partners, manage external creative resources, and execute marketing initiatives from start to finish. What Success Looks Like In this role, you'll: Execute successful product launches from concept through release Create consistent, high-quality content across our marketing channels Strengthen relationships with retail partners, creators, and the Focus V community Keep marketing projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward Help grow one of the most recognized brands in cannabis technology What You'll Do Brand & Product Marketing Plan and execute product launches, promotions, collaborations, and marketing campaigns Work with product development to create positioning, messaging, and launch materials Coordinate marketing timelines and ensure projects are delivered on schedule Content Creation & Storytelling Create content across social media, email, web, retail, and community channels Capture product photography, video, tutorials, and event content Write marketing copy for product launches, emails, websites, and promotional materials Maintain a consistent brand voice across all customer touchpoints Retail & Community Marketing Support retail partners with marketing materials and promotional programs Manage influencer, affiliate, and creator relationships Coordinate trade shows, events, and community activations Manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously Coordinate photographers, designers, videographers, agencies, and freelancers Keep projects on track while proactively solving problems and removing roadblocks Performance & Growth Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement Track key marketing metrics and help optimize future marketing efforts Who You Are You're a builder, not a coordinator You don't wait to be told what to do, you identify what needs to happen and make it happen You enjoy both strategy and execution You're just as comfortable writing an email campaign as you are filming a product video You are about details and take pride in producing high-quality work You're organized, dependable, and follow through on commitments You thrive in small teams where your work has a direct input on the business Physical Requirements Full-time, in-office position Occasional evening and weekends for product launches, events, and trade shows Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Ability to travel as needed Competitive wage based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Employee discounts on Focus V products Opportunity to work directly with company leadership Significant opportunities for professional growth as the company continues to expand Why Focus V?
