Estimator/Project ManagerWe're seeking an experienced Estimator/Project Manager to lead mass grading and earthwork projects from preconstruction through execution. This role is ideal for someone who wants ownership, visibility, and influence on large-scale site development work.ResponsibilitiesPrepare detailed estimates for mass earthwork and grading projectsManage projects post-award, including budgeting, scheduling, and cost controlOversee self-performed earthwork and coordinate field operationsCollaborate with operations, superintendents, and leadership on project strategySupport bid reviews, risk assessment, and project planningQualifications4+ years of experience estimating and/or managing mass earthwork projectsStrong background in mass grading, site development, and earthworkExperience with HCSS and Agtek preferred (not required)Ability to manage projects from estimate through closeoutComfortable working in a fast-paced, high-responsibility environmentThis is a leadership-oriented opportunity with real autonomy on complex earthwork projects.If you are interested in this Estimator/Project Manager role in the greater Milwaukee area please apply!
