Housing Access Navigator for NYC Families

LaSante Health Center is seeking a compassionate and organized Housing Specialist to support patients facing housing instability, eviction risk, homelessness, and related challenges in New York. You will assess needs, assist with NYCHA, Section 8, shelters, rental assistance, and eviction prevention, coordinate with landlords and agencies, and document all interactions and progress to ensure timely support for patients. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lasante-Health-Center
