Supply Chain Procurement Specialist Direct Hire | $70,000-$75,000 | South Phoenix | 6:30 AM - 3:30 PM Our client is seeking a Supply Chain Procurement Specialist to join their growing team in South Phoenix. This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has strong experience with supplier management, purchasing, inventory planning, and cost analysis. SAP experience is required. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience 2-5+ years of procurement, purchasing, or supply chain experience Required: SAP experience Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills Basic understanding of accounting and costing principles Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to travel as needed Valid driver's license and authorization to work in the U.S. Key Responsibilities Develop sourcing strategies to reduce costs, secure supply, and minimize disruptions Prepare and process purchase orders while maintaining accurate purchasing records Partner with accounting to ensure accurate billing, costing, and procurement data Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance Monitor inventory reorder points and support inventory planning initiatives Analyze market trends impacting pricing, quality, and product availability Prepare monthly pricing reports and cost forecasts for leadership Collaborate with internal teams to support procurement and supply chain operations Compensation & Benefits $70,000-$75,000 base salary Profit Sharing 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Paid Holidays Personal and Sick Time Maternity Leave Additional company-sponsored benefits All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
