Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients per physician orders and referrals
• Develop and update individualized treatment and discharge plans
• Document therapy services accurately and in a timely manner
• Supervise COTAs in accordance with applicable practice acts and facility policies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and patient families to support optimal outcomes
• Maintain compliance with all safety and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (MOT or OTD)
• Active state OT license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience supervising COTAs in a clinical setting
• Experience working within an interdisciplinary rehabilitation team
