Litigation Paralegal

Role Description The Litigation Paralegal will support attorneys in all phases of personal injury and litigation matters in an on-site, full-time role based in Rock Hill, SC. Daily responsibilities include drafting and organizing legal documents, managing case files, and coordinating discovery materials. The role involves conducting legal research, assisting with preparation of pleadings and motions, and reviewing documents for accuracy and completeness. The Litigation Paralegal will communicate with clients, medical providers, and opposing counsel, track deadlines and court dates, and help prepare attorneys for hearings, depositions, and trials. Collaboration with attorneys and staff to ensure efficient case progression and high-quality client service is essential. Qualifications Strong skills in legal document preparation, including drafting and formatting case-related materials. Proficiency in document review, with attention to detail and the ability to identify key information and inconsistencies. Experience conducting legal research to support case strategy and preparation. Knowledge of preparing pleadings and motions for filing in state and/or federal courts. Prior experience as a litigation or personal injury paralegal preferred. Familiarity with case management software and standard office productivity tools. Excellent organizational, time-management, and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and manage multiple deadlines.
