We are seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to join our Workers Comp team. Core responsibilities include:

• Maintain Workers Comp patient electronic medical records
• Enter appropriate information into electronic records
• Upload Workers Comp patient documents to electronic medical records
• Chart prep all Workers Comp patients and ensure proper documents are in place for the office visit
• Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Provide back up support as needed
• Other duties as assigned by management

• Candidate must have a High School Diploma
• Workers Comp experience preferred
• Keyboarding skills
• Intermediate computer skills
• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Multi-tasker

The ideal Administrative Assistant candidate will have strong communication skills, organizational skills, multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, computer skills, and must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly disposition.
