Unlicensed In-Office Part-Time PositionThis role will support our licensed service team by handling high-volume, non-licensed customer interactions so licensed team members can focus on complex service and coverage conversations. You'll be a key part of delivering a smooth, friendly customer experience while keeping our office organized and efficient.
