Grizzly Land Services is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Lease Analyst to work closely with our Landmen, Project Managers, and Management Team. This is a great opportunity to work with our teams on diverse projects in multiple basins. This full-time role will be located in our Tulsa Headquarters; however, well-qualified remote candidates will be considered . RESPONSIBILITIES Review / Interpret Contracts to verify, calculate or change Ownership Interests Maintain accurate Lease & Contract Records in iLandman Track Lease Obligations & Critical Dates Assist in creation of Division-of-Interests for clients Reconcile Lease and Ownership data against Source Documents Assist Landmen with various tasks as assigned REQUIREMENTS 5+ years of Lease Analysis, Lease Administration, and/or Land Records required iLandman experience strongly preferred Proficiency in MS Office Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Employment Type: Full-Time Nonexempt Employee #J-18808-Ljbffr
