Med Cap Health is seeking a qualified full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our nursing team. We offer a competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000/year (1099).

In this full-time role, you will assess and manage complex patients on a daily basis. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient. Your clinical expertise will enable you to make informed decisions that significantly impact patient outcomes. Additionally, you will provide support to families while ensuring the highest standards of care are met in a dynamic healthcare environment.

The Nurse Practitioner position allows for flexibility with full-time scheduling options. Candidates will benefit from a schedule that does not require overnight shifts or weekend hours.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
