Commercial Litigation Attorneys

Overview

Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani (GRSM) is seeking Commercial Litigation attorneys for its Los Angeles office.

Ideal candidates are driven team players with strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills, a solid academic background, and proven research abilities. They should be self‑starters capable of handling assignments with minimal supervision. Trial experience is preferred but not required. Candidates must be licensed and admitted to practice in California.

Role

• Compensation is tailored to experience, skills, practice area, business generation, work arrangement, and geographic market.
• Base salary ranges: Associates ($100 000–$165 000), Senior Counsel/Of Counsel ($140 000–$215 000), Partners ($190 000–$275 000+).
• Opportunities include remote roles, alternative work arrangements, and contract options across the country.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters, including hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Engage in forward‑facing client interactions.
• Conduct research and draft legal opinions, briefs, and other writing.

Qualifications

• California license and admission to practice.
• Strong litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills.
• Solid academic background with proven research capability.
• Trial experience preferred but not required.
