Commercial Litigation Attorney

We are partnering with a large, well-established law firm in Los Angeles seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing litigation practice.

The Opportunity

You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts. The role offers hands‑on responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to develop within a respected litigation platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
• Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate closely with partners on litigation strategy

About You

• Admitted to the California Bar
• Experience within commercial litigation
• Strong legal writing and analytical skills
• Comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast‑paced environment
• Motivated to take ownership and develop within a high‑level practice
